This military grade headset is designed for rugged use in low to medium noise levels. It incorporates a noise canceling microphone element mounted on a robust and highly flexible boom. The speaker element is of high quality, waterproof design and protected by a molded housing.

The side mounted speaker centers easily over the ear and is small enough that it doesn't interfere with balistic helmets and additional headwear. The speaker also features a smaller 2.5mm jack for an accessory earphone cable. When in use, this will mute out the audio coming from the mounted speaker and send the communications directly to the ear. This provides the ability to completely conceal communications and listen to them at a much lower volume.

The lower assembly is built with a waterproof/dust tight large ptt and features a 360 degree rotational belt clip that allows it to be placed for easy access anywhere on the body. Located on the bottom surface of the PTT is a built-in remote PTT port which provides even greater versatility for users such as snipers, hazmat crews, etc., that need their hands free to be active in the field.

(Note: This lower assembly can also be used with the throat-mic, high noise headset and tactical earpieces listed below to make this one of the most diverse units you've ever used.)
